Thank you for your appreciation. There are no negative effects of the process. Kundalini yoga is practised for aligning the energy centres and for cleansing the energy centres in our being. It is a powerful process. While doing the process we must sit in a comfortable posture and our mind must be free without any expectation of the outcome. It is important to experience the process without any like and dislikes in equanimity.

Each Bija akshara is surrounded by specific number of Petals and each petal has its own akshara which is surrounding it. The energy of that centre is in the bija akshara and the energy of that centre is boosted further when you feel the akshara of the petal is surrounding the bija askshara. once you practise it you will be able to experience the connection, please do share your experience we will love to hear about it .

Chakra par dhyan karne se aap ke chakra sakriye hote hai. har vyakti ka anubhav alag hota hai. Kisi ko chakra ke rang dhikhte hai, kisi ko vibration feel hoti hai, kisi ko ek dam shantata anubhav hoti hai. Kisi ko chakra ke sound ka anubhav hota hai. Agar aap chakra dhyan roj kare ge toh aap ko chakre ke anubhav ho ge kuch dino mai. मेने आज ये किया और आखिर मे मुझे पसिना आने लगा , अलगसा मेहसुस हो रहा था पुरी शरीर मे | मुझे घबराट होने लगी| ये वीडियो खतम होने के बाद में १ मिनिट बाद आंख खोल दी | फिर १,२ मिनिट मे सब नॉर्मल हो गया| उसके बाद बहोत शांत मेहसस हो रहा है| क्या मेंने ध्यान करने में गलती की ? आखीर के २ मिनिट मे जो मेहसुस् किया वो क्या था ?
