This mantra gives one the power to heal long distance and to heal with the hands.

RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG is one of the most powerful healing mantras on the planet.
Kundalini depits Shakti(power). This mantra gives POWER to bring spiritual healing at your finger tips.
Ra means the sun and connecting with that frequency gives you energy.
Ma means the moon and it aligns you with receptivity.
Da is the the energy of the Earth, grounding you in your roots.
Sa is Infinity and as you chant this, your energy rises upwards and
outwards drawing in the healing the the Universe.
When you chant Sa a second time, you pull the energy of Infinity into you.
Say is a way of honoring the all-encompassing Thou. It is personal,
like a secret name for God.(Universe)
So is a vibration of merger.
Hung is the Infinite, the vibrating real. It is the essence of
creation. (So Hung together means, I am Thou.) The service of the

Activating the Chakras.
The mantra can be vibrated up the spine, chakra by chakra. Slightly pull on the energy centers as you chant each sound. This internal stimulation helps activate and align the chakras.

DA - navel center
SA - heart
Pause - hold at heart
SA - heart
SAY - throat ( say ay)

Self-Healing
Self-love and self-healing are really the same process. We use the sound current of the mantra to heal our emotional body. We do this by working with the energy of the emotions. Try to notice how you are never here. Always drifting away in thought dreams. Constantly. There is no prolonged or sustainable peace there, hence your comment. finally! wow, had an amazing experience with this mantra this morning. i have listened to this one many times before but as i sung along and also meditated and focused on healing, love and light, gratitude and god and my own body healing me, I came to be in a peaceful amazing trance like state. it literally felt amazing and i am so relaxed. what was bothering me before is not even in my mind anymore. so this must be what everyone talks about doing these. took a few weeks but i finally felt it!

This Mantra combined with distance healing works wonders. I have not used this because I did not know about it. This is a much easier method of healing long distance I found out! Thank you for publishing this one especially. This gives every one the ability to heal them them self and others.We have to believe more in our own mind powers so we are able to accomplish more in the positive way, and counteract the Fear Mongers. There is not much to do but if you are unable to visualize the outcome in detail it would be harder to do. So, I suggest seeing the intendent person in your mind's eye as healthy as possible and then ask your soul to help you to make that happen. I have a cyst and abscess surgery done at a very sensative part which is kept open and cannot be stiched due to some reason. What a Love-full soul soothing mantra.Like a tender lullaby. Would be also great for preborn, babies, children. I found this one the closest to the western ears and so the easiest to chant. Thank you so much, dear Dhyanguruji! for all your wonderful chants, my very favorites!

Dear Mr Dhyaan Guru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal That night after I have listened your good meditation music of ''Ra Ma Da Sa'', for one hour, then I have also watched from i God Mind a video named '' Supercharged Immune System'' and then, that night I couldn't asleep, and I have a very bad Tachycardia and Arrithmia, I do not know what was my fault, but now, I am afraid of watching any meditations videos anymore.
