Thank you for this work. Very helpful. I am going through a very difficult kundalini process, indeed dangerous and have much excellent natural healthcare assistance to keep this body viable. From bedbound to recliner/house bound. Second Saturn return involved. We hope this challenging section is over on completion of the return but an unknown factor. Essential to also use many mudras.
