Random conversation. As scary as it may seem, walk in faith and you find your people. They will offer perspective, that’s what you need. He’s correct about kundalini’s potency & it’s potential to be dangerous. 30-35 years ago I experienced complete enlightenment/ kundalini awakening while meditating in a class that was conducted over two weeks like a spiritual workshop. For me, it was pure bliss and it opened my senses to the point of distraction. Fortunately, I had some idea how to ground myself through the type of food I ate, lessening my time meditating and connecting to physical activities rather than spiritual. After several weeks I felt balanced again. I did not have a guru but I think I was fortunate I had a lifetime of spiritual practice, and was very grounded by nature. It’s something that can definitely cause insanity in the wrong person at the wrong time. It showed me the incredible universe that we are. I can’t prove it, but there were several people close to me with serious illnesses who all healed after I imagined them fully healed. (I did this with their permission.) I could hear people’s thoughts, hear birds miles away (I love birds )…etc. I work in the medical field and when I wanted to talk to a doctor, I would just have to think of them, and then they would show up within the next day literally within a few feet of me. It opened abilities I never really thought about before that. Kundalini can be used for great good or misused with disastrous outcomes. I read multiple books about it and Gopi Krishna’s book about his experience was sobering. It is not some thing to “get”. It is not something to seek. It simply is. I purposely closed down my chakras because I was a single mother with two young children, and I knew that I could not have this constant ability and simultaneously raise my children in the real world. I believe I’ve spent other lifetimes, dedicated to spiritual practice, and this may be why the kundalini opened so quickly. and when this happened to me as a single parent, I knew it was not supposed to be, at least not for now, or at the level at first occurred. A certain degree of the energy has stayed with me my entire life. It’s very easy for me to direct energy, help people heal, etc. My psychic abilities remain strong. I hope my story helps someone. I am so very grateful. I don’t feel isolated about it anymore. Sadhguru, thank you so much for helping so many of us.

It happened to me either after only 1month meditating. I felt like I knew where I was going, thought I didn't had conscience of what was happening to me . It felt amazing and deeply releasing. Working with energy seems easy to me , like you ,I feel like I did all of these before ( previous lives *) . I'm a 33 path life , indigo . I'm not afraid, everything's fine , I don't have a guru . I'm a clairsentient , clairaudient and have visions either from the future. I make astral out of the body experiences ( without my control either *) , I can move objects with the power of mind ( small objects, water for now) . Perhaps some of us are clearly predisposed but I believe everyone is able to do so if it matches their life path ( if you're here, reading me , it must be the case ) . I practiced kundalini yoga just twice after watching this video, so atleast i was informed. After just 2 hours of practice, i began to experience very intense anxiety, and i was completely preoccupied with thoughts of death, i kept waking up at night and having panic attacks and had to listen to soothing music to fall back to sleep. So i went to a therapist and was diagnosed with health anxiety, and after 6 months of regular meetings, managed to deal with the underlying cause of my anxiety, which was the passing of my father 7 years previously. Im grateful that i practiced kundalini yoga, because it dragged up all of the negative feelings that i had been carrying around with me for years and forced me to confront them. This is exactly what the Guru said would happen, but i was completely unprepared for the 6 months of work it took to really deal with what the practice drew out of me. This is very potent yoga, be prepared to face your demons.

Ive had 2 Kundalini awakening.....no yoga involved. First one was alien like , waves of energies and static/ lightning sensations throughout body. The 2nd one was brutal....still in recovery process and still clearing out Chakras. It will make you physically and mentally unstable....and i didnt even know it was coming but life events that you are experiencing will warn you....its coming. Please make sure your with loved ones throughout this process for support if necessary. Im not trying to scare you but it is a scary process to say the least. And it may take weeks to month to clear out....but you will be fine You may also experience a spiritual awakening along with the Kundalini

I had a full blown Kundalini Awakening four years ago, without practicing any Kundalini Yoga and with very little to none comprehension what this very potent life force energy was. It was one of the most challenging times in my life and honestly, if it had not been due to my intimate support of my spirit guides and my Higher Self, I probably would have gone crazy. to me the kundalini seems to be the same as the sexual energy known as the holy spirit and so baptism with the holy spirit is same concept as kundalini awakening in my opinion..in acts 2 it says cloven tongues sat on them...what animal has a cloven tongue? a snake! so this meant the kundalini arose!

I experienced the awakening through devotional meditation and breathwork, and daily studies of the Gita and Upanishads. Sadhguru is completely correct pointing out how it dismantles your perception of social structures. People thought I was nuts, and my heightened awareness manifested as paranoia that likely justified itself through presenting me in a paranoid state feeling like I was in an alien world. I really wish I had someone to guide me through it. I ended up losing my marriage and almost losing my job and entire life over it. I began yogic practices I gleaned from Ram Dass lectures, and at some point I had a sudden and intense awakening that blanketed me like a rush of total existential bliss.

I had a dream where in it an Egyptian deity appeared with a beautiful golden Cobra headdress. It was exuding a bright golden light. When I researched the symbolism of it I found out what the Uraeus is and it’s important symbolic qualities of Divine Authority, Sovereignty, Prosperity, True Sacred Wealth. I mentioned it on my Instagram story because I just share stuff on there lol and someone said “kundali has risen full power”. My research into what kundalini is led me here today. I was taught as a Christian to run away from this stuff. Then this year in a desperate attempt to beat an incurable condition that had totally crippled me I accidentally tapped into this energy. I was really just turning my attention to my body and healing it but overtime I started having very weird experiences that were deeply spiritual, absurd, and resulted in me getting lost movement and function back. Not really sure how it all squares together but the major changes he’s talking about are definitely real. In just a few weeks everything I thought I knew about the universe was gone. I don’t believe God built our bodies with trap doors for demons. Especially not ones that would open up by wanting to get better. @@Boysermusic no I didn’t go out thinking Hindu pagan practices would heal my body if God wouldn’t. 😂 It’s really simple I learned how to understand the bad nerve impulses, shut them down, and learn new ways to contract my muscles so I could forget the damage. I only remembered this kundalini stuff because I recognized SOME of my experiences matched up with things my weird christian aunt taught me about healing and things I’d heard about false churches. Heres what I see tho. “Kundalini” seems to take away peoples control of their body and give them joy. Well, my healing is giving me control back and taking with it the emotional junk attached to the trauma. And when I ask about Jesus, he is the Son of God and what he did for all of us is of the utmost importance to share without fear. Also interesting to me is nobody was getting healed at the churches that taught about kundalini but it was normal for services to get interrupted with a message from God in a language made of English syllables placed out of order and interpreted by the pastor. Always called a work of God. Offered up as evidence the Holy Spirit was at work. Seemed like blasphemy to me. And id have to say it would probably be blasphemous to blame my restoration on the devil. I definitely do not agree with the sentiment that God is the source of my illness. Its a result of sin. And he is mighty and able to correct it!

My take on it all is that the dominion God gave man at creation is still a thing. I think the deception is that we are God, not LIKE God. That good and evil are an illusion when they are very real. That we can never die when eternal life is the gift of God. I think the mystical experience is a very natural phenomenon that God intended for humanity but like everything is subject to corruption because of sin.

Strangely with simple steps I accidentally activated sashrar, crown chakra. I have explained the detail of my process how it happened. I have just did not mentioned 1 specific thing in the video. When it happened I did not know it was white chakra activation. I just had the experience and did not know waht to do and exactly what satuguru mentioned. I was trapped in a situation. Look for a place where they teach real kundalini and not what many social media says. Because the problem is that there is a lot of bad information. I’m a Kundalini Yoga teacher and I can tell you from my experience that there is a minority of people who seek this practice out of curiosity about kundalini awakening. This practice requires dedication and a lot of awareness to not want to rush things. Some people, once they experience great peace and happiness, want to stay there and we must be aware that we didn’t come to this planet Earth for that. Kundalini yoga is a tool to connect with what you believe, God, Universe, Divinity, etc. but above all to experience what it is to enjoy life despite adversities. There are many tools that this practice gives you to release levels of anxiety, stress and other things. It’s a very healing practice as long as you do it correctly and guided by someone who is certified and who is not doing it just to sell you something. Because this is when it gets dangerous, when you want to run before you start walking. Everything is a process and a lifestyle. SatNam 🙏💫

I think I had once a partial kundalini awakening by using the heart chakra and the Sahasrara / crown chakra, felt a hot but not burning energy flow from left hand to the upper body then right hand it was like the all nervous system was burning but without harm, it was pleasant and healing at the same time, the brain get rid of all addiction instantaneously, but I couldn't sleep for two and half day in a same room where you could find electronic device even shut off (hands and fingers felt like oversensitive) and felt energized for 3 weeks after. I wanted attain high consciousness but at the end I got an ego-death (so a new dimension opened that changed all my life) and a kundalini awakening. (Mindfulness meditation + love : heart chakra + non-dual in the brain to silence any thoughts + moving the awareness outside of the body where the crown chakra is.). I have no idea if it's reproducible though or if it's once in the lifetime, because it felt like a divine energy flowing through the body.

Do not do this without a teacher that can guide you. I felt a pop in the middle of my head and my world turned upside down when the boat was already underwater. It has been years since it has happened and I'm barelt learning how to work with it. I wish you the best of luck
