Looks great. This is a wonderful Kriya I am Familiar but whenever I do whistle breaths my cats ♥️🐈‍⬛🐈♥️ get agitated by the sound of my whistling and fight so I usually just blow through puckered lips for the whistling bits so as not to rile them up. Works just as well. Thanks for sharing this Kriya. I’ve been practicing with you a long time (have your VHS tapes from years ago still) and you’re a wonderful teacher. Always a pleasure to practice with you. Thanks again. 🥰🇨🇦💕🙏🧘🏼‍♂️💕
