Welcome to Day 24 of the 40-Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! This kriya builds stamina in the body and focus to the mind. it will put pressure on the tight muscles which will in turn adjust the the calcium-magnesium balance in your body. We will move via vigorous exercises to remain young and flexible, no matter what age we are!

Progress! I feels like this practice today prepared me for deeper meditation and pranayam work. My body feels alert, calm, with straight erect spinal posture. I feel optimal and so I'm going to stay a little while longer.

I have noticed that my heart murmur (barely detectable in the past) has now worsened since starting kundalini yoga. Do you think breath of fire could be the cause of this?

Yeah I was jarred with the as in the middle it really shook me out of focus so I just kept doing cat cow to the sound of a yoghurt advert. It's a free lesson tho so I'm glad I could contribute

Luisa I started using a free ad blocker app and it works almost all the time even sometimes for the ads before the video.
