Mutton Karahi - Professional Recipe Guide for Beginners

Ingredients:
Mutton 1kg
Onions 2medium around 200gms
Salt 1tsp or 12gms
Ginger 1tbs or 10gms
Garlic 6cloves or 20gms
Hot Water 1cup or 240ml
Tomatoes 3medium or 250gms
Oil/Ghee 1/2cup or 120ml
Red Chili 1/2tsp or 2gms
Yoghurt 1cup or 240ml
Cumin 1tsp or 5gms
Coriander 1tsp or 3gms
Black Pepper 1tsp or 5gms
Green Chilies for garnish
Ginger Julien for garnish

Sitting in India, I always wish i could visit Pakistan to enjoy the superb foods there , but sadly could not ....thank god , I found your channel and making Mutton items and Pulao like a pro after watching your videos ... i should specially thank you for the trick to soften the mutton in cooker , I could never did it to my personal satisfaction earlier ,,,,,but for last year and half ...they come out like a charm and I enjoy praises from the guests all the time. I just tried this Karahi recipe and it turned out almost like restaurant. (I follow Kun food recipe word to word) My husband gave me 9/10 as compared to restaurant one and 10/10 for home made karahi and he loved it 🥰 Here in the UK, finding a good meat Karahi is not easy.
