Split chickpeas 2cup (Soaked for 4 hours)
Water 3-4 cup for boiling
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2tbs
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chili Powder 3/4tsp
Salt 2tsp
Thinly Sliced Green Chili 2tbs
Brown Onion 2tbs
Garam Masala-
Cumin 1.5tbs
Green Cardamom 2
Black Cardamom 1
Nutmeg 1 small piece
Mace 1 small piece
Star Anise 1 small piece
Cinnamon 1 small piece
Black Pepper Crushed 1tsp
Rice-
Ghee 1/4 cup
Cinnamon 2 small pieces
Cardamom 2
Curry Leaves 1
Cumin 1tbs
Water 4cup
Salt Less Then 1tbs
Rice 500g Soaked
Serve with salad and pickles
