I have actually practiced this before and if anyone ever tries they will find it quite difficult to preform. Practicing this over and over will teach you greater speed and focus along with great exercise. Remember it CAN be done cause I have proven it several times. You must only believe first.

They had us doing this in karate when I was a white belt at 13 lol. Edit: The trick is you don't just thrust your palm out, you thrust your palm out but then pull it back a half inch when it's fully extended. That creates a kind of vortex that can move several feet through the air and blow out a candle. It's basically the same thing as those plastic toy vortex guns you can buy at Walmart, fill them with smoke, and blast a smoke ring across the back yard. It's like that, but just not as powerful and with your bare hand.
