Hello Everyone,
In this video I show you 4 ways you can stretch your legs at home using any chair to make your legs more flexible for kung fu training. You just need spend 5 to 10min a day to do this simple stretch and you will see your flexibility improving gradually.

I really liked this one! I used to be a dancer in high school and I was the least flexible on the team every year. I stretched every single day without rest using my teachers tips but i always felt tight. However with these stretches I feel so good!

Thank you for this video. Really helpful info! Some of the moves I learned in my taiji class. Others are new. I appreciate the fact that you gave the information in an efficient manner instead of going on and on for 20 minutes or more. You have a beautiful spirit and smile. :) I subscribed.

Shifu, for the hip stretch do you flex your elevated leg at all (gently locking the knee), or is it completely relaxed?

Shi Yanxin, if you could make a video on the history and origin of the Tong Zi Gong, I would love that. Tong Zi Gong is very interesting to me and I can not find the history on my own. Thank you!
