An amazing instruction, thank you! Easy to see, no busy background....easy to pay attention, , clothing does not hide the limbs and body in silky outfits, easy to see details,and beautifully executed.

There are SO many tai-chi 24 simplified form videos available but this is by far the very best!

Why is it when I see other people do tai chi that they look like they’re doing so much more than what I’m doing!

Hello I've learned this form in 5 months but I need to finesse it. I want to move more smooth like this. Thank you for posting. Where can I purchase this traditional song for 24? When I practice outside with my phone being on KZbin I have to lock my phone and the music goes off

Drop the annoying and distracting music. Instead, put in visual captions, naming the moves, plus spoken captions to accompany them.

He is one of my favorites, I think he keeps the combat feeling of tai chi. Here the front view by Master Zou Yunjian; kzbin.info/www/bejne/p4eZgZ2Eapp_mJY
@lauc625 жыл бұрын
I believe he keeps the martial aspect of the form, perhaps because he is a kung fu guy. The front view (in red dress) is also excellent.
