I consider this the most "pure" (tm) representation of the character concept of Liu Kang. If someone was completely new to the series and needed like 2 minutes to know what's up, showem this and they will be as close to being fully equipped as mortally possible. Be it his jokey or unique but less gorey propensity moveset, to his unique nonsensical sound affects during bicycle kicks. This is the most refined "silhouette" of the original series iteration on the character. I think vs DC Universe actually has many characters that were handled similarly, though because liu has a history of lesser violence it's more purely pictured through him as opposed to say Shao-Kahn or Baraka. As of 5:23 am ny time Wednesday September 20th 2023 this has 420 likes (421 with mine) , 46,106 views , 23 comments (24 with this) , posted 3 years ago and 53.1k channel subs.
