Just know that NO matter how thorough of a knowledge he has about the Charter, Chithue has NO power to interpret it one way or the other. He may have been in the drafting committee but that doesn’t give home the right to interpret it. He can have his opinion but the official interpretation power rests solely in the hands of the Judges. 2/3 majority might agree with him but that’s not the way a democracy functions. By the way, why dig dead body . If he had the guts, why didn’t he stick around and clear the mess he created then? Why didn’t he disappear into thin air ? हिंदी में कहते हैं ना , भगोड़े को राहत नहीं मिलती,In short, he was a भगोड़ा . Period.

Pema jungney and Dadon Sharling boarded in same boat sailed by LS and both ditched, duped and finally both are left at the end of their tenure and life with nothing else. PJ passed the illegal 39 document which has not been done through proper channel and charter and his niece dadon had to disappear with the loss of case 20. Two of without principle politicians whom ustang public voted for long time, wasted all the time and opportunity and at the end stirred public and harmed our very democracy pillar. It’s a shame and nothing grateful of. Anyways thanks Aha for reaching out to different people which makes public see and know the real human n real nature from their own interview and responses.
