Kunji Pathiri | കുഞ്ഞി പത്തിരി
Kunji Pathiri is a type of traditional Indian bread that is popular in the state of Kerala, located in the southern part of India. The dough for Kunji Pathiri is prepared by mixing rice flour with hot water, and then kneading it into a soft, pliable dough. The dough is then flattened into round disks and cooked on a hot griddle until they turn golden brown on both sides. Kunji Pathiri is often served with spicy curries or stews, and is a staple food in many households in Kerala.
