Kunstmuseum Basel | Dan Flavin

Unveiling a hidden facet of Dan Flavin’s (1933-1996) artistic legacy, the Kunstmuseum Basel presents “Dedications in Lights” at Neubau, or the New Building. Curated by Josef Helfenstein and Olga Osadtschy, the exhibition opens from March 2 to August 18, 2024. This American artist’s ingenious use of fluorescent tubes redefined light as art, cementing his place in art history from the 1960s.
