Storytime with Neo You get outside, finally. It's been Eons since you were able to just rest and enjoy nature. You're moving in a few days to a new, bigger house for you and your family so you take a Last Walk around the yard, noticing the pretty blue of the sky and the vibrant colors of the flowers around you. You think that maybe the real Heroes are the ones who fight for this beauty, the one of nature that so few people take the time to enjoy. It feels like Magic, looking around the place and knowing that you might never see it again, but enjoying these moments with it. You notice a butterfly on your favorite bush. It's pink and black and its wings look Soft To Touch but you can't bring yourself to disturb it. You smile, thinking of your childhood days when you were outside all the time, in nature. Those Were the Days when you were really one with your surroundings. You look around and feel playful, you jump up and try to touch a tree branch that has some Mycelium on it. You feel Weightless in the air. You decide to spend the rest of the day here, in your backyard, your Safe Haven. You climb the highest tree and look down at the yard. Everything looks Microscopic from your Sylvan vantage point. You put on your sunglasses, and everything takes on a purple hue. You smile, thinking that now you have Purple Vision. You look past your backyard and look at the mountains, Distant Lands that you've never really noticed before. You remove them and stare at the flowers hanging from a branch above you. They're different colors, blue and red, mixing among each other in their Natural Ways. You stay there for hours, being one with nature. After a while, you realize that night has fallen. It's almost Twilight. You want to move, but don't. Why not stay here for a while longer? You fall asleep there, earbuds in, sitting in a tree branch. You wake up to your best friend's voice, asking you to come down. You oblige and meet them on the ground. They ask you what you were doing, you reply that you were taking a break. They nod and smile, ask what you're listening to. You remove the headphones and play the music. They start to dance to the beat. You smile and start dancing with them. You start the day with A Waltz For My Best Friend. A perfect end to the start of your reconnection with nature. I hope y'all enjoyed and if you noticed the track names, congrats :D

I don't know if anyone will ever read this comment, but I'll write it anyway, more to myself I guess. You can be happy anywhere you are, you don't need anyone's approval, you are enough, you are strong, other people can be part of your journey, but they can't and never will be destination. ok but this is my all-time favourite lo-fi album!! the moment i heard 'heroes' for the first time i was charmed by it, i was transfered to a different place! the image came unbelievably immediately and vividly. i imagined myself and some other young man dancing on the streets of some european city, probably Paris, we were not dancing together, but we were almost in our own realm, strangers sharing this small moment of pure emotions, self-expression and even a little bit of insanity. The whole album is so beautiful and nostalgic, it fills me with emotion every time i listen to it. my favourites are definitely 'heroes', 'eons', 'a walts for a best friend', 'those were the days' and 'distant lands'. i imagine myself walking through an old european city, feeling like a main character. there's so much emotion and nostalgia in theese tracks. who would've known that i would be so touched by a lo-fi album, but kupla quickly became my favourite lo-fi artist!
