I had to look this guy up. I was listening to the Chillhop livestream while studying and every time a song came on that nearly moved me to tears I looked up and it was by Kupla. That happened like eight times so I just came here since my soul won't be satisfied with anything else!

I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hear such organic lofi like this. I'm sure you use samples, but you can truly feel how unique and original the compositions are, and you truly feel the instruments you play. Looped Lofi can end up feeling detached and hollow...this feels deeply moving and with so many layers of substance and intention. Broken Wings alone could be ranked as one of the best instrumental hip hop/lofi beats in the last 20 years. You're one of the best I've ever heard in the industry and I truly hope you keep going!

It feels so weird to be listening to this while I'm well-rested, fairly content, and back near my friends. I loved listening to this album and your other music to get through hard times over the past couple of years, but it's so much nicer to hear when I'm not tired out of my mind, living in a studio apartment in a new town where I don't know anybody and can't really make friends thanks to Covid tearing through the area, working 9 hours a day on engineering design, counting the weeks until my next vacation day and wondering if my friends from school are as unhappy with their post-university lives as I am. Hearing your music now in a better situation, with the mental haze lifted, is a whole different experience. It's like having a favorite grayscale painting, then one day you come back to see it transformed into full color. And I love it even more now.
