This video presents about how binding sheets are made from 100 % complete paper wastes. The industry operates from a small village near Dharmapuri district in Tamil Nadu which used paper wastes from paper industries and old paper shops and makes pulp out of it and makes binding sheets. The paper wasters are crushed with water to make it as a solution and fed into a machine which takes the pulp and makes the sheets. The sheets are kept in the direct sunlight for 6 hours to dry and the sheets are cut on its sides to have uniform size and ready for the packaging. These binding sheets are used for making calendars, note pads, books, note books and cake boxes etc. But the key thing involved in this manufacturing process are the raw materials are wastes from the paper industry, 100 % recycling their own wastes that comes out from their own factory and no involvement of plastics. Its quite amazing to see and quite interesting too.
