Harsh Pandey ! YES! BUT since it's more like medicine for the soul and body, do you take medicine just like that? 😀 Early mornings, night times that is before going to bed, relaxing times, these times are better. Never listen when driving or doing some other work because you will feel like sleeping during the listening time! In short, USE it like a tranquilizer. Great results for peace of mind if listened regularly and patiently.

One more thing humbly I want to say . I have no enimity towars any one. No music can cure diseases, at best it may make one relax, joyous, enjoyable. Never exagetarte music would heal. Donot acceppt any thing without questioning. If music therapy is there let it cure covid, cancer, heart problem, dental ailing so on.
