To everybody who is going thought some stuff just know what matters is giving it your best and if your best isn't enogh than that's okey because you don't have to be perfect. If you hate yourself start by telling yourself in the mirror by how nice you look even at your trashy times i know it feels like the biggest lie but if it is a lie just keep going till you believe it.
