I love watching other cultures traditions and way of life. They must invite everyone from their surrounding area to participate, or they have huge families.
@datvutan Жыл бұрын
Keep wishing. They do not allow outsiders specially non-believers of Islam or non-kurd people. The only exception is if you are a woman willing to convert to Islam and become wife # 2,3,4 etc, and remain an outsider within their community.

I guess we can thank Alexander the Great for conquering all the way to India and homogenous middle eastern dance must be based on Northern Greek dance as you can see a great deal of consistency…which I am sure no culture will readily admit to even us Jews….

Somebody explain the dance and why they do this same dance for hours…what does it mean?..what does the scarf mean?…why do they never show any expression on their faces..everyone is so solemn..what do the gold belts mean?

In 612 BC, after the end of the war, the king of Medes (Hochashtra) asked his commanders to explain to him how they fought using pantomime. Because it was forbidden to bring weapons to the royal palace, the first commander used a red handkerchief instead of a sword to describe the war and explained the war to the king. The first commander took the hands of all his soldiers, which is a symbol of solidarity and loyalty of his soldiers to each other. First, he started with a slow dance, which means we started the war slowly. Then he made the rhythm of the dance faster and this means that we quickly attacked the enemy. There are several types among the dances, including (three feet) that one foot goes back and quickly two feet are taken forward, and it means that if we take one step back in the war, we will eventually take two steps forward. We went forward. Also, there is another type called (Shelan Shahlan) among the Kurdish dances, where the commander limps with his right leg, but then suddenly speeds up the dance, and this means that if we were wounded in the war, we recovered very quickly and attacked the enemy again. . Hokhashtra, the king of the Median Empire, ordered that this ritual be used in all ceremonies, especially after conquests and joys, so that the epic war and victory of the Median Empire would not be forgotten by the enemies.
@rojinahenareh7508 Жыл бұрын
This dance is performed as a group, and in the hand of the first person, who is the leader of the group, and the last person is a "chopi", a handkerchief that is used instead of a sword. He is also responsible for the group's discipline. Progress and complexity in lifestyle, white handkerchief is used instead of sword and shield, as mentioned, white handkerchief is used more often, which is a sign of peace and reconciliation with other ethnic groups. As we can see, there is white color in most of the flags of the world. The leader and the last person having handkerchiefs show equality and holding each other's hands is also a sign of group unity "resh bah leh k" or men and women dancing together meaning like It is to be brothers and sisters. Stomping on the ground means that this is my homeland. Hooray during the ceremony is meant to frighten the enemy.
