Agreed. Adding subtitles would be a lot of work but it would be oh so helpful. I totally get if that's too much to do though. Maybe put the text in the video description.

I am kurdish, I was born in Istanbul, Turkey, I speak English, Turkish and half German, little Russian but I can't speak Kurdish, it's such a shame, our country is stolen, our Id and history have been wiped out

I feel the same way.I m from Dersim.Kurmanci is my mother language.And I cant speak kurdish.This is such a shame.Turks are stole everyting from us.Now I m trying to learn.And Gule is my Kurmanci teacher.
