Kise has the most potential to be the best gom 1. He can try and expand his time limit 2. And he can master the gom moves just like hes done with normal copies Once hes done that theres no way you can beat him You would need true zone

Murasakibara is still bigger (and honestly he is the one with most potential of GoM), Midorima is faster with the shooting, and Akashi is more accurate. I even doubt he can use Vice claw or Meteo jam, cause his body is just not able to use them without hurting himself, but with more experience and training he will be able to use even some of Jabberwok or NBA techniques. But only with experience and training.
