I had so many friends back in the 2000’s knew about TNA but classed it as a cheap WCW knock off so they wouldn’t give it the time of day…until i made a compilation of AJ Styles matches on DVDr and gifted it them for Christmas one year with instructions that i was going to quiz them about it the night of the next years Royal Rumble…and being as it was my turn to have it on at my house with beer, pizza and snacks that year and how big a night i make it every single one of them had watched it and every single one of them were blown away by what they had watched and after that they all became big TNA / AJ Styles fans it was crazy. They still thank me to this day if anything pops up in conversation to do with anyone or anything TNA wise. But the night he debuted at the Royal Rumble it was crazy..we went nuts

AJ styles is this generation HBK. Look at all the wrestlers today that got inspired by or at least sat under the learning tree of aJ styles(seth rollins, kenny Omega, will ospreay, etc)

Lot of kids should take notes about what AJ is. Easily one of the greatest of the modern era. Wish He has a great run, when he decides to hang his boots.

As great of a worker AJ style is Unfortunately hes not A big face of the company Like Stone cold or Rock And Cena And I think him and like a lot of other guys have been poorly misused since debut in the company

Because wwe prefers entertainers not pro wrestlers. Also vince has a hard on for muscular men so I’m hardly surprised.

The only reason why is because he’s old, hes 46 and only wants to spend time with his family now the first 2-3 years he debuted in wwe he was in fire

@@PhenomenalOne1000 This. His career is set. HoF easy. He was the first one to have the crowd chant his name in his first feud with Cena... what do I mean? For a decade or so, fans would chant the "Let's go Cena; Cena sucks" dueling chants. It was that first time just that two in the ring, Cena v Styles feud about to start and the crowd chants for Styles rather than "Cena sucks"... This is what both Vince n Cena were looking for to happen for years, and that's why I believe AJ got the push he did. He got a huge push by the company, especially for someone his size. He earned it, no doubt.... but no one kid themselves into thinking WWE didn't strap some rockets to him for a couple years while he still had some prime tread on his tires

bro he doesn't need to be the face of big company. HE IS THE FACE OF MODERN PRO WRESTLING.
