Today I saw the mini rainbow kensington - the smaller one to this - at KG in Westfield Stratford. Fell in love too but went home to look at it online and to justify buying it...which didn't take long. I've signed up and got the 10% discount and will collect tomorrow instore. Can't wait! Great review, thanks. I just succumbed to ordering one after a bit of back and forth with myself. I probably should not be buying another handbag but this is so unique, so stunning and I will definitely get the wear out of it. Can I ask if it is still holding up well? I've heard that metallic finishes aren't very hard wearing.

My concern is that because of all the colours, it may end up looking grubby following just a little bit of wear (granted it’s not LV or Chanel but still...) sorry for the long post xxx

The metallic color will rub off - quickly too. I got one July 7th and the gold color rubbed off after only carrying it 4 times. The fuschia color also began to rub off. These videos are neat, but they don't show how the color rubs off. I had the extra large belt bag, and only wore it as a crossbody, but it still faded. For $295.00 it was totally not worth it. Needless to say, Nordstrom took it back without hesitation.

I bought the xxl kensington bag pre owned from a seller on ebay. I wasn't really pleased and put it on sale straight away. it is extremely soft not feeling like leather and does not have that leather smell :-( . Now that I saw your straps I am convinced that these are in the right color. I thought mine were discolored. I haven't worn it may be I should try. true I was looking for reviews and nearly no videos. btw nice an cute bag

They really need to fix those chain straps, it’s quite a nuisance. They should’ve by now, like come on...are they not reading/watching the reviews of their products. Could’ve replicated The Gucci GG Marmont shoulder chain configuration...also they should’ve attached a leather strap to the part that sits on your shoulder since the chains can dig into your skin and be rather uncomfortable.
