I do think that, even if he steps aside, everyone who knows the vocalists out there also knows that there is no one that is better than him still. He will always be the World's Idol...He would have to bow out of any future competitions to be polite and give others a chance, and whoever might win would still not be his equal. I really mean it kindly when I say he is an anomaly or fluke.

I agree. I am a musician and specialize in voice. This voice is unique for all of eternity. He is a fluke of nature. There never will be another Kurt. He stands alone. No one else will ever get near him. We have a female singer in his class (Eva Cassidy, died 1996) but there are no males with his tone quality dead or alive. I know Kurt admires Sinatra but he is better than Sinatra.

The Division Doctor I've never heard anyone with a voice like Kurt. He can sing anything, any genre, just as good. He sings better live than recorded. Never a sour tone or out of tune. His vocal range and depth is insane and his voice is so incredible beAutiful. I would like to know who has a better voice than him pretty please, cause I've never heard anyone better avlive or not. I have heard Kurt live many times and he always gives me chills all over.

I also thought about the fact that he won the World Idol, and that it was closed down after this. It must be destined that he will forever be the only World Idol winner. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure that this is the ONLY ever competition where professional singers have competed for the title of being the world's best singer (or at least world's best Idol), seeing as Eurovision is not really considered a competition for professionals.

@alinata108 Unfortunately there has never been an "official" video/DVD from the concerts held last year, unlike the concert tour of 2006. There are a couple of amateur vids of this song recorded at various other concerts - mine(very bad quality!) was recorded at the concert where they recorded material for the 2nd live album. I took up approx an hour of material, but was having to "hide" camera as wasn't supposed to be doing it! Click my nick, if interested. Thanks for this pic/vid :)
