Kurt’s gym is just 40 minutes north but sometimes I feel like I’m there when I watch his videos. He’s like the cool uncle you wish you had.

it was fun training with Kurt back in the day. I had the pleasure of beginning my training with Ralph and Caesar Gracie back when Kurt was only a 1 stripe blue belt. The basics or something we drilled every single class, as well as new techniques. they would always say that Basics are what save your ass!

Kurt, have you ever done anything on training with or after hernia. I got an umbilical hernia last week, am meeting a surgeon tomorrow, and have anxiety about this whole thing. I am 51 years old and have been training for a yr and a half at Serao Academy. Want to be able to keep training as long and as much as I can. Peace out!
