Beautifully done. You have captured the most beautiful moments and lines of Seyit and Sura. At that time they meant every single word they said to each other. But sadly when Seyit was in his original surroundings ans Sura was away from hers the differences started coming to the fore until they finally separated and went their own ways. But it is very clear that although their love did not stand the test of time and circumstances it did not die till they lived. They may have made compromises in life but they loved each other till they lived although they did not announce it to the world at large. But it is obvious to anyone who can read expressions and also from the dialogues if we read between the lines. I cried a lot while watching the last few episodes and even now I can't get them out of my mind and my heart still grieves for them.

Thank you for commenting! Indeed the last episodes were hard to watch, especially knowing what Sura and Seyit went through. It’s heartbreaking seeing how much they loved each other and that it was Sura’s first real love. I was even more emotional when reading the book and knowing it is based on a true story. FineArtNastasia Natasha, My in-laws are Turkish and I lived there almost 2 years...just enough to get"toddler Turkish" down. After watching this marvelous series about 5 times on Netflix, I tried to get the book. At the time only a Turkish copy was available on Amazon....for $2,000 US! So I went to you- tube ,using the Turkish I remembered from1975. Then I found this group and eagerly awaited the final publishing of Nermins book in English. I have bookmarked passages in the book,downloaded video clips like yours (thank you,thank you) and searched out everything I could find out about this incredible actor Kivanc Tatlitug! You may enjoy this info: My husband Serdar had an uncle in Adana(Kivos hometown ) and they would get treated to ice cream at Tatlitugs!!! It's a small world after all! Back to KS&S, I am forever in love ❤️ with the beginning of their story. If you are up to it,I think it would be great to see a video of the Happy parts of their months early life in Istanbul...the cool stuff when they arrive at the Seref Hotel and up to Sura coming down the stairs in her wedding gown. And maybe ,last frame,end with Seyit gazing up at her. Just a thought I had tonight.😊

Kurt Seyit and Sura introduced me to Kivanc and Turkish tv in general. I also enjoyed Cesur ve Guzel with Kivanc and Tuba, it was silly and yet entertaining. Thanks for the suggestion. Very passionate and captivaying love story.Kept me engrossed but Sura did not understand him,she became strong but did not rise up to the level of Seyet.Somehow reminded me of intense love of Rhett Butler in Gone with the wind.

Having seen this heartbreaking true love story numerous times, their Love story still hurts my heart and soul. I read the book to understand the reality of Seyit and Shura and recommend it to everyone! Seyit married an ignorant young girl, had two children and were divorced after 15 years of marriage. Seyit took his life, when Seyit took Shura to the French Ship he finally realized what a Big Mistake he made. He told the French Captain, in perfect French, he would only let Shura go, if the Captain would marry Shura and The Captain said, but Seyit , Shura loves you. Shura is the hero in this story, she survived, moved to Paris then Connecticut, then to Southern California. She had a daughter and we all hope❤️❤️❤️ had a happy marriage. Let us all learn from this heartbreaking true love story. Swallow your pride, be honest when you make a mistake and ask for forgiveness. I would like to believe Shura and Seyit have been reunited in the afterlife and are together in love and happiness. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@FineArtNastasia her daughter would have to be motivated to put the work in to writing a book. Seyit’s family has made money on their grandfather’s life, I guess they put all their energy in the book and the KZbin series. So much of the episodes were fabricated, to drag out the series. I will say Seyit’s family called Shura his Mistress, which is revolting to me. The real survivor was Shura, she is was true definition of having survived and lived a long life without Seyit. I think of them in the afterlife being together in love and happiness. All those negative family members on both sides being banished from their presence. Peace and Light to their souls. We love and respect you both and try to overcome our Pride in our lifetime.

@ Yes, Shura needs her own book. Unfortunately the series was made to fit a TV format, and I wasn’t the biggest fan of that. Now thinking about it the book gave me a little bit more closer to the story than the series. And I remember I had submitted a question for a Q and A with the author on a blog… I should go back to read it and refresh my memory. Es una historia de la vida real, no un cuento de hadas. Y si tiene continuación, son 3 libros los que cuentan la historia, pero la serie solo muestra lo del primer libro. De todas maneras, ellos nunca volvieron a estar juntos, no se volvieron a ver nunca más después de que ella se fue a Paris, pero el recuerdo de ella prevaleció, al grado de que varias generaciones después aún se habla de ellos gracias a los libros que escribió la nieta de Seyit.
