You are far from the true reality mate, things are always much more complicated. The video is structured badly, and there is no real explanation of anything. The food itself is generally good, if you do not eat chilly peppers that you are not ready for. Some times there are petty thiefs and hustlers around the market, just raise your general awareness if you are there.
