Hi Kurt I have watched your videos for some time . Thank you for doing them ! I remember you saying something in one about a spot that is not a spot. You did give it a name again I can’t remember what it was!! You recommended a cream to help get rid of these but I cannot remember what it was. I’ve just bought the ageloc boost and put on charge, it lit up first with 2 lights and then 3 and now it’s just flashing on and off with 3 lights is that normal? Or should it be going up to 6 lights while charging?

Hi Sammy, no that does not sound normal. Is the charge connected fully, are you plugging the usb into a proper charger or something else that might be providing a weaker charge? I suggest calling NuSkin customer support and they'll be able to get tech support to guide you from there, and replace the device if it's an issue with that.
