It used to be a popular meme on niconicodouga (a video sharing site that was basically Japanese KZbin until KZbin took over the Japanese market). The oldest version I know of is "Kokoro kokoro kokoro", but I'm not sure if that's the actual origin, or just the oldest I've found.

Herta strangely became my favorite HSR character after I mistook space station's logs as her's. Her JP voicelines didn't help with that, she looked even more like a type of person to find her comfort in cats... Hope she is going to play a big role in Erudition arc

Seems possible. It looks like they are going to make the same characters as a new ones, once they go through some kind of a character arc, probably connecting with another Path, just like the Trailblazer? Didn't really think about that until now, but yeah, it shouldn't be something exclusive to the Trailblazer. I gusss their thing is like changing Paths freely after connecting to them

I have listened to this on repeat so many times that I noticed that just before himeko's saw drone comes out the second time (0:53) Herta ends on "kuru kuru doh' " instead of what she did the first time which was at (0:23) where it ends on a "kuru kuru", dunno if it was intentional but it messed me up trying to lip sync XD Abseloute banger tho.
