Hello! A few things about Kuruma de DS that weren't mentioned in the video All of the quizzes in Kuruma de DS are asking about random facts/knowledge about the location you are going to/passing through (The question in the video is asking about what type of vending machine is at the Space International headquarters, which I assume is located in Cyuuouku. According to the question, the vending machine has weird/unusual stuff in it) The way you get Miis into the game is either by making them in the game's custom mii maker (which I like a lot actually, it has a nice look to it and all of the options are laid out horizontally instead of vertically. I can share some pictures if you'd like me to), OR by transferring them over from the Wii ぜんこく/Zenkoku isn't a location technically. It just means "The whole country" of Japan. That's just there so people now they're searching the whole country for a location. The game's rom doesn't boot likely because the technology that allows the game to connect to the GPS isn't there I have a copy of the game but since I don't have a GPS that this works with, I cant get past the screen talking about connecting the game to the car, but if you have any other questions, I'll be happy to answer them. I might end up making a KZbin video about all the stuff that I've found out about the game so far in the future, but I'd have to make a script and I'm not the best writer in the world

@@Yodakiller3000 Here are some pictures of what I can access drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/18PV6xXY5AcDwKfIOHflPp73b-aWrLBEn The game brings up another safety screen once you boot up the game, most likely about how you shouldnt use the DS while driving (I haven't translated it all but from the words I immediately knew, that looks to be the case). The game's home screen says "Start" because I haven't hooked up a GPS to the game yet. The 3 options on the home menu are GPS registration, Car settings, and Miis In car settings, you can input your home address if you have your game linked to a gps, set which side the steering wheel is on, or even change the name/color of the car. The way that you input the names of your car/miis is via a brain age style writing system rather than typing/using a keyboard In the mii creation tool, there is a section for "Family Ties" on the end screen where you write the name of the mii There's your standard Parent, Older/Younger Sibling, and grandparent settings, but the ones on the side are interesting. They have ones for cousins, aunts/uncles, friends , and even other family (directly translated to relative or kin) and acquaintances

Reading through the manual, I also found out that you can turn off your car and still use the game as a map while sightseeing if you take it around with you while you walk. Along with searching for locations throughout the whole country, you could also look for specific locations in the vicinity, like restaurants, gas stations and even Nintendo Zones. It would then take you to the closest store/location of the one that you selected. I will keep on reading the manual to see if I can find anything else I didnt know about and edit this comment once I do

The thing is, for all we now, the Miis are default built in Miis.

A few details I'd like to add: The "local quizes" that everyone in the car can participate in, let's Miis decide what to answer by choosing a between 4 choices which is mentioned in the video, however, the person who gets the most points to the destination wins the championship, but for those who have poor results, there are also cross games such as "impersonation" and "dice talk" which are supposed to be some kind of "punishment" lol In the "Nintendo Zones", you may encounter "Traveling Miis" there's a total of six, and they're all based on Japanese personalities like Date Masamune, Tokugawa Ieyasu, and Momotaro to name a few, each one is related to an area in Japan. These "Traveling Miis" can get on the car, and ask questions about places that you wouldn't go directly by driving, such as "Recommended Quiz" and "Local Song" where you sing a song of from the hometown of the Traveling Mii related to the place of origin of the Mii. Various events occur along the way, like seeing your Miis traveling according to some reviews. In addition, the points collected in the local quiz can be exchanged for "special products" in the game Also there are places called (おもいでMAP) where you can take a break on the way, you can write memories on the map and paste the special products you got from the shop on them, so you can record the memories of the drive, kinda cute :) , and that's how the game can be saved. The voice and BGM of the game can be output to the in-car speaker. Even in a car with a large interior so that the sound can reaches all the passengers. Also more than 12,000 quizzes are prepared all over the country I would continue saying more about the game but I don't want to make this very long, haha

The more I hear about this game, the more I feel like it’s something recently made up to make me feel FOMO, like the monsters from Monsters Inc were like, “The laughter of children is a pretty efficient energy source, but jeez oh man when you find out you missed something that would have been your favorite, it could power our greatest cities for generations.”
