I'm not exactly sure, but on a very high level intuition, her angel controls the 4th dimension, rather than time, which one would naively assume empirically based off of her actions. Edit, I'm not sure about the validity of this, however, it would make sense (at an ignorant and naive high level), however, one would also assume otherwise because there is a clock behind her, but at the same time, that cant conclude that her angel just controls time.
