The Kingdom of Kush, was a powerful and mysterious civilization, and thrived along the Nile for over a thousand years, rivalling even ancient Egypt. They were known for their warrior queens and mysterious pyramid-filled necropolises at Meroë. Their kings, were thought to be gods, and ruled over huge populations. One tale tells of the fierce Kandake (Queen) Amanirenas, who led Kushite forces in battle against the Romans, famously defeating them and securing a peace treaty after a bold military campaign. 🧭🏝🛖 As always, if anybody has any suggestions for future videos, definitely drop them below. Thanks everybody, and have a great weekend! 🙏🏻🌿

Again a great piece of music Bro!! The kingdom of Kush was in Nubia upper Egypt. The Kush ruled 1 century over Egypt providing Pharaos the 25th Dinasty , they build and restore a lot of temples and pyramids allong the Nile. The Kush are also the pioneer of the early antibiotics. They had a sophisticated understanding of mathematics as they appreciated the harmonic ratio. Ancient Nubians also established a system of geometry which they used in creating early versions of sun clocks....So they are not so mysterious 🙂

Wow, cool to know that. ❤

This piece of music is truly amazing. I listened to it for a full 20 minutes, and throughout the entire duration, there was no key change. It doesn’t suddenly become lighter or more upbeat in the second half, but instead, it maintains the grand empire's sense of awe and the mysterious atmosphere of ancient civilizations from the very beginning. As a result, the entire composition feels incredibly cohesive, thoroughly capturing the essence of Kingdom KUSH through its music.

Awesome, as always! You have this way of capturing the sound of ancient power, it's really cool. I've been revisiting Irish mythos, and I think a soundtrack for the kingdom of Ulster would be epic--the home of Ireland's greatest hero, Cu Chullainn, also known as the Hound of Ulster. It was the kingdom attacked by Queen Maeve for the possession of a great bull, and also holds the site of his final battle, Clochfearmore, a standing stone that he tied himself to with his belt so as to die standing up. It can still be visited today. :D Thanks for the music!

Hello! I absolutely love your meditations; they've been incredibly helpful while I'm working on my game "Golfslinger," especially "Oracle Oasis" which fits perfectly with the oriental-themed level. Have you considered creating a series inspired by mythical lands like Atlantis, Hyperborea, Mu, Lemuria, Thule, etc.? It would be fascinating, and I feel it aligns so well with your style-imagining the kind of music that might have been played in these legendary places !
@MysticHighlandsАй бұрын
I would love that idea ❤

Hey Spectreye! Funny enough, all five of those have been on my list since the very beginning of the channel, but I keep putting them off because I want them to be good... Hah. Perhaps it's time to finally venture over to Thule, or maybe Hyperborea... 🧭

Name got me thinking of that Alabama Kush from that one South Park episode. Totally different vibes
It remembers The Fertile Crescent (RTS game) soundtrack so much at the beggining. Great one.

Oh my holy mother earth. I absolutely love. this. piece. Really. I got goosepumps. Held my breath. Would wanted to scream if it wont be late at night. With this piece you set unreachable standards for me. Such a stunner. I love you, Mr./Mrs.! The history behind it got me such in a mood. I absolutely love it. With his kings so strong that the people believed they were gods. To imagine there were warrior queens smart enough and freaking bada** like Queen Amanirenas that made a contract for FREEDOM. I mean, who did that like she did it. What put they possibly in their treasury? Artifacts? Things they were better to stay a secret? Quiet fascinating. Again, thank you so much for sharing this 😊

Hey Mystic! Always happy to see you in the comment section! Thank you for always supporting me and the channel! 🙏🏻 The story behind the Kush civilization is so interesting, and the warrior queens are very bada**! I'm sure there is still plenty we don't know about them, but as time goes on we'll uncover more and more! Thank you for watching, as always!! 🌿
