Well it's great success, it produced Apna College. Right now too much funding money BLOOD bath in JEE /NEET segment. Byju's is out, several other funded players will follow in next 2-4 years. Till then we will teach free on Apni Kaksha YT - already covered complete Class 11,12th PCM + English. Currently we are focusing more on Apna College. Work life balance is also important. इतनी पैसों का क्या करोगे जब आपके बीवी या पति भाग जायेंगे और बच्चें आपके प्यार को तरसते रह जाए। Every entrepreneur will relate to his comment since they gain the most if a person works 70 hrs a week ( means 11-12 hrsday)..... You better keep robot...make them work 24 hrs a day,if the battery can lasts that long

Yes, that is what I said, its totally okay if you work 30 hours/week and have other priorities. At the same time I believe : For those who seek growth in career, it's mostly better to work extensively for at least 4-7 years - only then you will come in the Top 2% in your field and get great financial stability for you and your family. That extra hard work done of 4-7 years will eventually get you MORE freedom & buys more free time in the long run.

We always paid & all our batches completed on time. Senior teachers are paid full year salary in advance. Three year contract is signed. Some teachers lie to students when someone else pays 5X more. Even if some teacher left, new teachers completed batch. That was funding Edtech era, teacher todo aur bache jodo : ) Now outside funding is low and things have changed.
