Kabelly Please take time to read and consider yung mga suggestions ng most viewers especialy from those na may kitchen or business experience. They are constructive criticisms na for sure eh makaka improve at makakatulong sainyo. Personal observations and suggestion: 1. Kitchen needs more lighting. Brighter bulbs/light para kitang kita ng cook kung ano man napupunta sa plate. 2. Yung mga stock na ingredients sa shelves sana organized and nakalagay sa transparent acryclic organizers, and naka group accordingly para hindi magulo and walang risk na mahulog sa mga cooking area. 3. too much yung 2 long tables sa loob, you may have 1 siguro pero the rest should be yung smaller tables kasi most ng kakain ay couples or smaller group. pwede naman pagtabi tabihin if may big group. Space should be inviting and breathable. 4. Instill sa staff ang practicing ng frequest handwashing please. cook staff or even yung mga servers. Malaking defense yan for your business from the nightmare of contamination or food poisoning.

If possible only if possible, make portions of food more, at least 2 tablespoons more so it’s more satisfying to clients. Believe me when you do that in few months you’ll open your 1st branch. Words spread by your customers your portions are worth the price & more customers will arrive. Best wishes!
