Custard Cake Pudding
Pudding:
10pcs lemon square Cheesecake(42g/packet)
4 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
250ml all purpose cream
300ml condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
Caramelized sugar:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp white vinegar
Custard cake pudding is created by combining cake and a sweet custard mixture; and then pour into a mold with caramelized sugar. Which is then steamed to create a soft, moist pudding-like consistency. It frequently has flavors like vanilla and cinnamon and occasionally has raisins or other additions for flavors. This dessert can be served cold or warm; and can be topped with extras like whipped cream, caramel sauce or vanilla ice cream.
