Dulce de leche graham float
ingredients:
250g-300g graham crackers
740ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
585g dulce de leche(chilled overnight)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp gelatine, clear and unflavored (optional)
1/8 cup hot water(for gelatine)
Toppings and fillings:
195g dulce de leche
14 pcs. marshmallows(large)
2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Procedure:
1) Make the dulce de leche
2) Whip cream on high speed until doubled
3) Add vanilla extract and dulce de leche
4) Whip for another 2-3 minutes
5) Add dissolved gelatine and mix well
6) Assemble: Arrange graham crackers onto the container
7) Pour 1/2 cup of cream mixture
8) Drizzle dulce de leche
9) Add second layer of graham crackers
10)Pour another 1/2 cup of cream mixture
11)Add toppings and chill overnight
