Yes, we need the pattern for this pretty pink lace panel sweater. So lovely and cozy! The festival in Barcelona reminds me of Stitches West in the USA. It's fantastically overwhelming and one needs multiple days to take it all in. Thanks for sharing your Knitty joy!

Omg. Love love love!!! Isn’t visiting yarn stores like a sneak peak into an earthly heaven? Here in Australia, the biggest yarn and wool growers event is the Bendigo Wool and Sheep Show every year in July. That’s the place all crafters go to for knitting, crochet, weavers, spinners. The Bendigo Wool Mills opens its doors that weekend and bus loads of knitters spend big (me included) on yarn. It’s a great event to catch up with fellow crafters every year too. Check it out if you’re ever in Australia. I’d be happy to have you join us in our car trip over there. 🤣

@@Kutovakika I missed the Bendigo Sheep and Wool festival (and so did my Finnish wife! :( ) because we had just gotten married and unfortunately the wedding was right slap bang in the middle of the winter omicron wave and nearly everyone got it. We had originally intended to go there on *our* honeymoon! So I have no idea when we're actually going to be able to go as I'm moving to Finland next year! BTW definitely fly Qatar/Finnair because if you fly via Singapore or Hong Kong or an Asian hub you get the Finnair baggage allowance which is 23 kg because it's the longer leg. If you fly via Doha you get the Qatar baggage allowance which is 30 kg.

It’s so cosy and soft, perfect for these really chilly Winter days. I’m so glad we’ve had so much snow so early, some Winters there hadn’t been a lot. Crossing my fingers it stays until Xmas 😀

I started crochetting like a year ago to make just 1 piece, but then I couldn't stop 😅 Now, I started knitting as well and I am knitting my very first sweater 🥵 When looking for ideas and patterns I fell over one of your videos. Very fun episode. Loved that you added your husband. It reminded me of when I got my husband to attend a doll show with me many years ago. He begrudgingly went and then suddenly his name was announced on the loud speaker--he won a door prize--it was very funny. What fun! I’ve always wanted to go to the Barcelona festival; I’ve been to Woollinn Dublin and Edinburgh Yarn Festival, but never to any festivals in mainland Europe. I love Barcelona, what a beautiful city to explore. It looks like you had a wonderful time! Someday you must come to the States and experience the New York Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck, NY, or Vogue Knitting Live in New York City. Both are incredible events.
