Sure to try....in Karnataka too it differs in many ways...if we start the fast on shivrathri we got to continue till the next morning 24hrs....after the maha mangalarthi consume the holy water complete the prayers and then have very light food....like moong dal kosambari....lemon n jaggary panaka(,juice)....puliogere....in my in laws family if there's a new bride then she has fast and never sleep till the next day by continuing the prayers n pooja to lord Shiv....😌😌
