Hello Shilpi I currently resident in Dubai, having a job offer from Kuwait. I would like to know the procedure to convert my UAE driving license to Kuwait. Is it necessary to be resident in Kuwait for 2 years to apply for the license even if I have UAE driving license.

You can drive with UAE license until you do not have residency, once it is done you have to convert your license. Regarding procedure... you need to talk to traffic department for the procedures.
