I just found it telling what Dolce said at one point. I can’t remember his exact words, but he made the point that good fashion/style is not about just grabbing at every trend. It’s about being consistent to who you are organically. Kim was looking amazing doing her “superhero chic” thing. Then she grabs at D&G bc she is under pressure to stay in the public eye. Before that she needed the help of her stylist to pick out pieces and was panicking. That just goes to show that she’s not very creative. Kanye was the visionary. Blake Lively, Olivia Palermo, Tracee Ellis Ross all can in a pinch put together an outfit. I believe Tom Ford and Karl Lagerfeld said that they don’t like when people wear head to toe their brand because it’s not creative. One or two outfits is not an entire aesthetic that people associate with you. Im sure we can find one or two outfits Kourt wore before even that. Kourtney is sharing her life with a rockstar and naturally her entire aesthetic reflects that.
