I've always felt like Scott really truly wants to be with Kourt but when he was younger he was too immature and then needed to work through the trauma of losing his parents and it was never the right time. Now she is dating someone else and I feel like he always choses these super young girls because he knows he doesn't have to really commit. If he dates someone his own age there is no way he can date them for three years and then expect the relationship to go nowhere. I think he'll always be waiting around for Kourtney to decide she wants him back which is sad.
