INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-sliced ginger about the size of three thumbs
-700g pork belly sliced into cubes
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-3Tbsp fish sauce
-water enough to submerge the meat
-10Tbsp vinegar (1/2Cup + 2Tbsp)
-1/2tsp whole peppercorn
-1pc sliced large milkfish
-green chili peppers
-sliced 3pcs eggplants
