INGREDIENTS
-8cups water
-1Tbsp salt and ground black pepper
-2pcs sliced sweetcorn
-500g crabs
-500g shrimp
-500g mussels
-500g squid
-3pcs onions finely chopped
-2heads chopped garlic
-200g butter
-1cup sprite
-1/2cup seafood broth
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-4Tbsp hot sauce
-9Tbsp brown sugar
-5Tbsp cajun seasoning

Seafood boil pala ang tawag dto. Akala ko ginigisa lang talaga sa butter yung bawat ingredients. May natutunan na naman ako. Hahaha. Salamat KFC. Lablab!♥️

opo seafood boil po.. kase.. ung boiling method ang mag-eensure na hindi maoovercook ang ibang mga ingredients compared sa diretsong gisa.. halimbawa po.. mas matagal maluto ang crabs.. then shrimp and mussels then ang pinakamabilis ay ang squid.. kung ddiretsuhing gisa, at magcconcentrate sa luto sa crabs, maoovercook ung shrimp, mussels at squid.. kung sa squid naman magcconcentrate, hilaw naman ung ibang ingredients.. aun po.. 😉😊
