Direct means someone is directly searched for your business. Organic means you were found organically through general search terms.

Anyone attempting to use the home valuation resource, test it in your market. In my market, it was garbage and would likely do more harm than good. My guess is they just want to upsell you to another add on which kvcore is known for. When someone goes to get an estimate and clicks on comparables, when zero shows up, they are not going to give you any credibility from that point on. When it shows the subject property at zero bedrooms, you will look like a fool. Test test test before you put that out to potential customers. Some areas might be better than others.
