Bhai ncert me electron transport system ke part se ATP produce ho ri h(diagram 13.5 and 13.6) , actually ETS me jab e- PQ se cyt.B6F me transport hota h tab ATP release hoti h . And Ncert me likha h stroma lamellae (stroma thylakoid according to sir ) lacks PS2 and NADP reductase enz . FNR(ferrodoxin NADP reductase)enz also mentioned in ncert as NADP reductase , (for confirming see diagram 13.7 on p.n 214) reduces NADP+ (in presence of H+ from stroma ) to NADPH +H+ during non cyclic reaction. As mentioned in ncert stroma lamellae lacks NADPreductase enz ,so PS1 will not be able to transfer e- to FNR so no reduction of NADP+ occur. so e- will transfer from FeS to Fd(ferrodoxin) to PQ to cyt.B6F to PC to again PS1. To add more information, photolysis of H2O is done by OEC( oxygen evolving complex).
