We need to certify the artisans. People only contract those with a license, that's all. Too many of them don't know what they're doing or need upgrading. There're no inspectors to the local artisan shops, that's also a problem.

Because the customer has money to buy all the materials for the work but when it gets to the Labor charge ( Workmanship) you will start hearing stories. The owner is just wicked. I run a construction business, a budget for a job includes materials and Labour cost. However, many builders will provide the money to buy materials for a job but paying the artisans after doing the job will be a huge problem for them not because they don’t have it but because they feel the job has been done. It is a very common practice amongst some wicked builders and site engineers.
