The worse part about the Josh Giddey situation is that people keep saying "allegedly underage". That girl is still underage at this very moment, a junior in high school. They hooked up 2 years ago when she 15. But the word "allegedly" will be thrown around to protect Giddey until the girl turns 18 and still maybe even after that. As of today 3 Dec 2023, that girl is 17 years old. The law states that the of consent in the state of California is 18. But i guess 15+2 is allegedly 17, remember that in math class kids.

The vast majority of states allow one form of driver's permit or license by 15 including California.
