The thing about Jollibee ads is that even though its a fast-food chain, it highlights the fact that it is almost always a part of every Filipino lives. Jollibee has seen it all, catered to all types of people from kids celebrating their birthdays, to students cramming for exams, to office workers dropping by for a quick dinner before heading home, to family Sunday get-togethers after attending mass, to grandparents looking for a place to just talk, to anyone going through the best and rough times of their lives. Jollibee has a seat available for anyone and everyone. That is one reason why, Jollibee is unbeatable in the Top 1 spot for fast food restaurants in the Philippines.

The acting is wonderful. Notice her eyes when she looked at him at 3:15 - 3:24. A mixture of many emotions, including quite possibly, knowing that he has always loved her and that she is a little sad for him. She then proceeds to look down, a classic move when we feel a little embarrassed, ashamed, or unable to face the reality of a situation. Then at 3:30 his eyes become wet with tears and his expression is one of longing and loss. She then smiles back at him almost assuring him that she will be alright, and so will he. He then smiles back, recovering from the painful reality and summoning the strength just to be happy for her, eyes still wet. So many little subtleties that make this commercial heartfelt.

This one is the one that messed me up good among the three. First one that I watched too. I watched it around midnight thinking... Oh it's jollibee, all jollibee commercials are cute... my friend and I actually discussed this for about an hour haha. They claim he loved without conditions, but the fact that he carried on loving her meant he was still hoping that one day she would realize on her own that she liked him. And honestly, the guy dug his own grave. He liked her from the start, what kept him from confessing? And when it got to the point that he valued their friendship too much to shake the boat, then I think he should have begun the long and difficult process of moving on. He already made his choice to choose friendship, he didn't have the courage to go home or go broke. It shouldn't have taken him until she was married. And besides, they maybe had the same thoughts, the girl probably didn't want to risk it either, so she moved on by herself without knowing about his feelings (ASSUMPTION ONLY lol).
